Diet Alfredo? Mamma Mia!

I watched a show on the CW called Better for the first time yesterday. Pam Anderson, author of the book The Perfect Recipe for Losing Weight and Eating Great, shared her recipe for a healthier fettuccine alfredo. The main ingredients for the sauce: flour, butter, 2% evaporated milk, chicken broth, and garlic. No heavy cream needed! Sound good? Check out this video to see how she makes it:
